High Pressure Steam Sterilizers - Verticle 16

Our range of high pressure steam sterilizers is one of the widely used instruments in various clinical and surgical applications. It is available in vertical type 16"x24" & 12"x22". The inner chamber of high pressure steam sterilizer is made of S.S. 304 Salem 1 6 G and outer jacket is made of brass, S.S. covered by M.S. sheet painted or covered by S.S. sheet. Its lid is fabricated of thick gunmetal chrome plated or S.S. complete with pressure gauge safety valves, steam release cock, water level, water inlet and outlet valves. We provide the specification of working pressure of Autoclave as per our clients’ requirement that is approx. 1.2 or 1.5kgf/cm2. The automatic pressure control and timer can be fitted with extra charges.

The seamless shell & lever operated lid of our instrument sterilizer is fitted with full proof mechanism control excessive steam escape and restricts condensate within the shell. The statistically perforated tray for flushing and entry of water provides incredible synchronized maneuverability of lid. This equipment is designed and fabricated as per IS: 5022. We manufacture and supply a wide range of dressing drums that is widely used in hospital industry as surgical equipment. Our dressing drums are known to be flawless in concept, design & finish and conform to IS 3831 in configuration, design and material for all sizes. Its limited snaps fit on the body easily and the belt fits snugly and uniformly on the body due to precision clip which keeps the belt in fair tension. The belt slots and perforations of the body correspond accurately. These dressing drums come with custom designed chains for comfortable latching.
