Stainless Steel Milk Cans

Our company manufactures and supplies a wide range of dairy utensils that include milk can of high quality as well. The milk can offered by us is fabricated using fine grade stainless steel. Our SS milk cans are available in 5, 10, 20, 40L capacity. Every milk can manufactured by us passes through stringent quality control tests at various stages. In order to give fine welding quality to these cans, we use tig welding process with purging. The mirror polishing is done with utmost care of hygienic parameter. Our S. S. Milk Can is made from AISI 304 (S30400) grade 8/18 AISI stainless steel material only. The dimensions are close to the aluminium alloy Milk Cans (IS: 1825 -1983).

Stainless Steel Sample Bottles -1.2 mm thick

The sample bottle offered by us is available in thickness of 1.2 mm and is made of stainless steel sheet of AISI 304 grade as per N.D.D.B. standard of DCS ACC 04 drawing. Every sample bottle is uniformly demarcated with groove 5 mm at the top. The firm ginger grip at top gives it an appearing look.

Stainless Steel Sample Bottle Stands -1.2mm thick

Apart from sample bottles, we also manufacture and supply a wide range of stainless steel sample bottle stands as well. It is widely used at the DCS for holding the S.S. Milk Sample Bottles. In a thickness of 1.2 mm, it is made of AISI 304 Grade sheet and contains 24 holes on top plate. The joint welding is done by tig welding process of bended frame and then stress is released to avoid tension making surface level.

Stainless Steel Samplers

The high quality stainless steel sampler offered by us is made of S. S. AISI 304 Grade Sheet and S.S. Rod 4 mm diameter. It is fabricated in strict adherence to international quality norms. Inside 150 grid finish done from inner of Bowl and height of Sampler bottle with rod is as per standard NDDB drawing DCS ACC 04.
